Ray Leto
Ray brings more than 30 years of experience in race engineering, aerodynamics, simulation and management, and 10s of thousands of hours of wind tunnel and track testing to TotalSim.
In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, Ray is a hands-on leader. His practical experience is invaluable when working with clients to find solutions using CFD or physical tests in the wind tunnel or on-track. Ray also supports customer installation of TotalSim software and solutions.
Some of Ray’s notable industry involvement includes:
- Served as PI or Co-PI on several funded projects from the Department of Energy, NSMC, and the Ohio Third Frontier
- Active member of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) Motorsports Engineering & Aerodynamics Committees
- A featured expert on the “Chats with the Experts” at SAE World Congress
- Former member of the Advisory Board of UNC-Charlotte Motorsports & Automotive Research Center
- Member of the External Advisory Board for The Ohio State University SIMCenter
In his downtime, Ray and his wife enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors hiking, and bird-watching around the country. The pair also frequently travel to the Florida Keys to visit their daughter who does coral reef conservation research. Ray is an instrument-rated private pilot, an active EAA member, and enjoys working on cars and planes. He’s also been known to brew and drink a few beers now and then…

Naethan Eagles
Naethan offers clients a rare combination of advanced modeling skills and practical experience. He also oversees the technical direction for the company, while still remaining actively involved in day-to-day operations for clients in all industries.
Prior to joining TotalSim, Naethan’s 25 years of experience included launching the CFD Department for the BMW-Williams F1 Team. During his time there, he grew the size and scope of the department, placing CFD at the heart of the team’s aero development. Naethan has also served in aerodynamics R&D roles at Advantage-CFD and Rolls-Royce.

Naethan graduated in 1993 from City University London with an honors degree in Aeronautical Engineering.
Out of the office, Naethan enjoys skiing with his wife and two daughters on their annual trip to Canada. Their two English cream golden retrievers, Boris and Monty, also like the cold and are willing to pull a skier cross country when there is enough snow in central Ohio. Though he loves to hit the slopes, Naethan fancies some time in the sun as well. He and his family also take a yearly trip to Cancun to truly get the best that both the cold and the warm have to offer.

Greg Padgett
Greg joined the TotalSim team in 2011 and since then has spent most of his time working with our top-level motorsports clients from NASCAR Cup to championship-winning GT and prototype series sports cars. His experience allowed him to help develop TotalSim’s internal multi-car drafting capability used by every manufacturer in NASCAR and NASCAR R&D. He loves working on the details that come with race cars and pushing the limits on the technology to get the most out of the simulation tools we use.
Greg is our “go-to” guy for testing new tweaks to our CFD codes and methods and is always the first to see what is new with all the toolsets we use. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering. Greg’s golden retriever, Buzz, is one of TotalSim’s part-time office dogs.
When not working, Greg enjoys woodworking, rock climbing, piano, and traveling to places like Germany (Oktoberfest), Iceland, and other European destinations.

Michael Robinson
Michael has over 20 years of experience in software design, development, and project management which makes him the perfect person to serve as the lead software developer for customer-based projects at TotalSim US. His varied background, which includes most modern and some older programming languages, in addition to his constant willingness to help solve problems makes him a great asset to the TotalSim team. Michael has worked on various projects including code refactoring, expanding TotalSim’s automation toolset, and creating industry-specific applications around CFD tools.
Prior to joining TSUS, Michael founded a software development company with an emphasis on Internet and web-based application development. He also worked as technical lead on an award-winning suite of web-based, data-driven enterprise business applications which were met with wide acclaim. Michael earned his degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tulsa. When he isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, gaming, and playing guitar.

Miguel Class
Miguel joined TotalSim’s staff after he graduated from The Ohio State University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering. While he spends some of his time supporting our automotive OEMs clients using our OpenFOAM codes, he also manages many of our niche vehicle projects. Outside the office, Miguel is very involved with his family and church community. He also enjoys running, hiking, traveling, building custom gaming PCs, and is a big fan of combat sports like boxing and MMA.

Robyn Ramsey
Robyn has been a CFD Engineer with TotalSim since 2014. From an engineering standpoint, she evaluates and validates CFD software and methods for real-world applications. Additionally, she has worked on various projects including studying filter efficiency in large-scale commercial heater boxes, vacuum efficiency for a production environment, and analysis of airflow in office/commercial spaces.
Before TotalSim, Robyn gained experience as an Experimental Aerodynamicist conducting research in wind tunnel facilities from subsonic through hypersonic speeds. She earned her Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
In her spare time, she is an avid sewing enthusiast and loves to travel with her family and friends.

Perry Lee
As an aerospace engineer, Perry has experience with both CFD and aerodynamic design. He has been with TotalSim since 2017 when he graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering. Perry is a “jack of all trades,” supporting projects from aerospace to automotive to marine design. He also supports our customers using our web-based CFD applications, which includes all of the university student FSAE teams who use TS Auto for aero-design.
He has been instrumental in the development of these CFD applications, working with our developers to troubleshoot issues and writing the accompanying user guides. In 2017, Perry co-authored TotalSim’s contribution to the High Lift Prediction Workshop and he continues to participate and follow this workshop to stay on top of advancements in the field.
In his spare time, Perry enjoys international traveling and running.

Sajan Patel
Saj joined the TotalSim team in May of 2022. He recently received his Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering at The Ohio State University. Saj’s undergraduate degree is also in Aerospace Engineering and with the addition of a minor in Spanish. At Ohio State, he was part of the Formula SAE team where he serves as the Aerodynamics Lead. The team designs, builds, and races an open-wheel race car each year.

Benjamin Cantrell
Ben joined TotalSim in June of 2018 and has focused on building the most stable yet cutting-edge infrastructure possible. Along with his passion for motorsports, Ben brings his skills from Amazon Web Services, in addition to over 10 years in managed services, to work on building out and upgrading our infrastructure. From deploying our latest 864 core cluster to upcycling old hardware into new uses such as multiple 100TB+ storage devices and a new VR system to walk around a project in VR, Ben does it all.
His pit bull mix, Betty White, is one of TotalSim’s part-time office dogs and she is best friends with our other office dog Buzz. When not at the office, Ben enjoys spending time with his daughter Kaylee, “investing” money in old BMWs, running local cars and coffee, breaking R/C cars, playing retro video games, and modding any and all electronic devices that dare cross his path.

Sarah Hutson
As TotalSim’s office manager and sales and marketing coordinator, Sarah works with accounting, HR, accounts receivable and payable, as well as general office management. She also oversees all sales campaigns and marketing and creative projects for TotalSim's social media, monthly newsletters, and overall brand development.
She brings 13 years of experience in business development and financial management for small businesses and has her Master of Education from Ashland University. In her past employment, she has a broad range of experience and has worn many hats. She has done everything from Elementary School teacher to Showroom Manager, to Sales and Marketing Coordinator.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, hiking, and staying involved with her church. She and her husband are kept busy with their three children.

Nick DiSabato
With over 17 years in Sales and Business Development, Nick brings a wealth of experience in SaaS software, AI/ML, and Data Management. Nick has worked with all levels of management and has a knack for connecting with clients, whether they’re small or large.
Outside of work, Nick is a former college athlete and youth sports coach, bringing that same passion and teamwork spirit to our organization. We’re excited to have him on board and can’t wait to see the great things we’ll accomplish together!

Ainsley Allen
Ainsley joined TotalSim as a Sales and Marketing Intern and after graduating from The Ohio State University came on as a communications coordinator. In her role she handles all content creation and assists with marketing efforts. Her experience in freelance writing, persuasive communication and strategic content creation allow her to be a great addition to the team.
Ainsley loves to be social with friends, indulge in a true crime documentary, and enjoy a good book.

Betty White & Buzz
As our unofficial, official mascots and chief emotional officers, Betty White and Buzz bring never-ending energy to our office. They love to engage in “Puppy Fight Club” where they lovingly wrestle around the office.
Buzz is a golden who enjoys greeting any and all office inhabitants, whether it be members of our team, mail workers, delivery drivers, or office guests, they will receive a warm welcome no doubt about it.
Betty White is a pit bull mix who loves to play with her best friend Buzz so much that she will play until she physically drops. The pair consistently brings joy to anyone they meet with their friendly demeanor and happy-go-lucky attitude.
